My client, a highly successful financial organisation, with large bright offices primarily based in Staines, and an additional office in Central London, seek an experienced and pro-active HR Business Partner. Working in conjunction with the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will deliver a comprehensive HR service, identify and develop a range of significant HR and organisational design solutions in line with key business stakeholders' requirements, and be instrumental in implementing these across the business. You will be working in an established team, consisting of an HR Director, an HR Advisor / Administrator, Internal recruiter and Payroll Officer too.
Identify and propose requirements on a range of areas such as: organisational change, Restructures, New policy, procedure, benefits and best practice
Oversee HR administration activities; monthly payroll (there is a Payroll Officer to do this), maintaining HR system; including new employees, transfers and changes, producing reports for the monthly KPIs, writing to employees to advise of any contractual changes to their terms and conditions.
Involvement with business projects and design's project plans as appropriate.
Develop and maintain policies relating to recruitment and selection, manpower planning, performance management, reward and employee benefits
Legal Compliance - To develop and implement effective HR practices and processes to support the goals of the business and to ensure that best practice is adhered to by all managers (including coaching and facilitating this)
We are ideally looking for an experienced HR Business partner with a strong Operational HR background, experience of project managing significant HR /organisational change projects, gained either in-house or within a consultancy.
Ideally you will be educated to degree standard and preferably holding a relevant professional qualification such as CIPD
Starting salary circa 50K plus generous bens package & bonus
